Terms of Service

1. What the service is
Delux Management ("the service") is a private tool operated by its owner to publish video clips to TikTok accounts that the owner controls. It is not offered to the public. Only the owner and people the owner has explicitly authorised may use it.
2. Your TikTok account
By connecting a TikTok account you confirm that you own it or are authorised to manage it, and you allow the service to publish content to it on your behalf. You can withdraw that permission at any time in the TikTok app under Settings, Security, Manage app permissions, or by contacting us.
3. Your content
You are responsible for every clip you approve for publishing. Content must follow TikTok's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and any agreement you have with the rights holder of the footage.
4. TikTok
The service is built on the TikTok for Developers platform. TikTok's own terms apply to your TikTok account and to anything published there. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok.
5. No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. The owner is not liable for lost posts, delays, or any action TikTok takes on an account.
6. Changes
These terms may change from time to time. The current version is always published at this address.
